Concept website — fictional law firm, designed & built by Sefat Hossain

About the firm

Built to stand between injured people and insurance companies

Marlow & Pryce is a Midtown Atlanta injury firm that stays small on purpose. You work directly with an attorney, from the first call to the final check.

Our story

We started on opposite sides of the courtroom

Daniel Marlow spent his early career defending insurance companies. Renée Pryce represented injured workers. After years of facing each other in Fulton County courtrooms, they agreed on one thing: injured people deserve a firm that knows exactly how insurers think and is not afraid to go to trial.

In 2011 they opened a two-person office in Midtown Atlanta. Today the firm is still small on purpose, so every client works directly with an attorney.

Our mission

“We carry the legal fight, so our clients can get on with healing.”

Portrait of Daniel Marlow, founding partner

Founding Partner

Daniel Marlow

Daniel leads the firm’s truck accident and wrongful death work. Eight years in insurance defense taught him how claims are valued, and how to push them higher.

Daniel grew up in Macon and worked nights at a body shop to pay for college. After law school he joined an insurance defense firm, where he defended trucking and insurance companies for eight years.

He co-founded Marlow & Pryce in 2011 to put that experience to work for injured people. Daniel has tried dozens of cases to verdict and teaches trial-skills workshops for younger lawyers. Outside the office he coaches youth soccer in Decatur.

Partner

Renée Pryce

Renée focuses on car, motorcycle and workplace injury claims. Clients know her for straight answers, fast replies and careful trial preparation.

Renée began her career representing injured workers in workers’ compensation hearings across north Georgia. She saw how often a second, third-party claim was missed, and built a practice around finding every source of recovery.

She is a regular speaker on motorcycle safety and rider rights, and volunteers with a free legal-information clinic on Atlanta’s Westside.

Portrait of Andrés Molina, associate attorney

Associate Attorney

Andrés Molina

Andrés handles premises liability and workplace injury cases and works closely with our Spanish-speaking clients and their families.

Andrés is the son of a construction foreman and knows first-hand how a single injury can upend a working family. He joined the firm in 2019 after clerking for a trial court judge.

He makes sure Spanish-speaking clients get the same clear, complete explanations as everyone else, in the language they are most comfortable with.
