What we handle
Injury cases we take on across Georgia
Every case gets a partner-level review. Pick the situation closest to yours to see what usually matters and what you may be able to recover.
Car accidents
Rear-end, T-bone and highway crashes caused by distracted, speeding or impaired drivers.
Truck accidents
Claims against trucking companies and their insurers, where evidence must be preserved fast.
Motorcycle accidents
We push back when insurers blame the rider for a crash someone else caused.
Slip & fall
Injuries from unsafe floors, stairs, lighting or security at stores, apartments and parking decks.
Workplace injuries
Workers' compensation claims, plus separate claims when a third party caused your injury.
Wrongful death
Compassionate, careful representation for families who lost someone because of negligence.
How it works
Three steps. We carry the heavy parts.
01
Free consultation
Tell us what happened by phone or online. An attorney reviews your situation and explains your options in plain English. No cost, no obligation.
02
We investigate & handle the insurers
We gather records, photos and witness statements, calculate the full cost of your injuries, and take every call from the insurance companies.
03
You get compensated
We negotiate hard for a fair settlement and prepare every case for trial. Our fee comes out of the recovery, and only if we win.
Why Marlow & Pryce
A top-tier legal team, without the billboard.
We keep our caseload small enough that the attorney you meet is the attorney who handles your case. You will always know what is happening and why.
No fee unless we win
We work on contingency. You pay nothing up front, and nothing at all if we do not recover money for you.
Trial-ready from day one
We prepare every case as if it will go before a jury. Insurers know the difference and it shows in their offers.
Direct attorney access
You get your attorney's direct line and a reply within one business day, not a call center.
Spanish-speaking staff
Hablamos español. Our intake team and an associate attorney work with Spanish-speaking clients every day.

Useful to know
What to do after a car accident: a 7-step checklist
The minutes and days after a crash shape your claim. Save this list on your phone. If you are reading it after the fact, that is fine too: call us and we will help you fill in the gaps.
- Check for injuries and call 911. A police report is key evidence.
- Move to safety if you can, and turn on your hazard lights.
- Take photos of the vehicles, the scene, road conditions and your injuries.
- Exchange information: names, phone numbers, insurance and plates. Don't argue about fault.
- Get witness contacts before people leave the scene.
- See a doctor within 24 to 72 hours, even if you feel fine. Some injuries show up later.
- Talk to a lawyer before giving a recorded statement to any insurance company.
FAQ
Questions we hear every day
Straight answers to common questions. For advice about your own situation, talk to an attorney. The review is free.
How much does it cost to hire you?
Nothing up front. We work on a contingency fee, which means our fee is a percentage of the money we recover for you. If we do not win, you do not owe us a fee. We explain the percentage and any case costs in writing before you sign anything.
How long do I have to file an injury claim in Georgia?
Many Georgia injury claims must be filed within two years, but some deadlines are much shorter, especially claims against a city, county or state agency. Deadlines depend on the facts, so talk to a lawyer about your deadline as soon as you can.
What is my case worth?
It depends on your medical costs, lost income, how the injury affects your daily life, and the insurance available. Be wary of anyone who names a number before seeing your records. We give you an honest range once we understand the full picture.
Should I talk to the other driver's insurance company?
You can report the crash, but think twice before giving a recorded statement or signing a medical release. Adjusters are trained to look for reasons to pay less. Once you hire us, we handle those calls for you.
What if the accident was partly my fault?
You may still have a claim. Georgia uses a modified comparative fault rule: if you were less than 50% at fault, you can recover damages, reduced by your share of the blame. Insurers often overstate your share, which is one reason to have a lawyer review the facts.
Will my case go to trial?
Most injury cases settle without a trial. We still prepare every case as if it will go before a jury, because that preparation is what moves insurers toward a fair offer. If a trial is the right call, you will make that decision with us.
